Avery, Trey, and Cameron take a field trip to the historic Trebine-Flynn Victorian home, part of the Greene County Ohio Historical Society complex, where Nick Shank, the home's paranormal director, fills them in on the spookier side of the residence.

EXTRA! EXTRA! ALL ABOARD!

"Xenia 1920-1950 Train Day" where Guests can view the custom "HO" gauge model railroad highlighting the historic Pennsylvania Railroad depot Pennsylvania Railroad, the Opera House, and the "Dinky" trolley, while enjoying complimentary ice cream and a donation-based topping bar. Exhibit Feature: Spotlight displays of original photographs depicting Xenia’s original Opera House and artifacts from the beloved "Dinky" trolley that once served the city.

The "Dinky" trolley: Historically operated by the Springfield & Xenia Railway, it was an integral part of Greene County transit connecting Xenia to Springfield.

The Pennsylvania Railroad Depot: The main Xenia depot served both PRR passenger and freight lines and remained a focal point of downtown until its demolition in the mid-20th century.

Travel back to a time when whistles echoed across downtown Xenia and trains connected our community to the nation.

The Greene County Ohio Historical Society & Xenia Glass & Lock invites families, railroad enthusiasts, history lovers, and curious explorers to experience Xenia 1920–1950 Train Day—a celebration of the people, places, and railroads that shaped Greene County.

At the heart of the event is an extraordinary HO Scale Model Railroad, showcasing historic downtown Xenia during its railroad heyday. Watch miniature trains wind through a remarkably detailed landscape featuring familiar landmarks, bustling businesses, and scenes that capture life in Xenia nearly a century ago. With Experts on hand from The National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to the hobby and business of scale model railroading.

GUARDIANS OF GREENE COUNTY - A ILLUSTRATED HISTORY OF THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Join a richly illustrated presentation tracing the Greene County Sheriff's Office from the first sheriff in 1803 to the present day. Focusing on the men who held the office and the events that defined their terms, this talk uses photos, drawings, newspaper clippings, and local histories (including Robinson and Broadstone) to bring the county's law-enforcement past to life presented by Tara Melvin.
