Currently owned by Greene County Historical Society.
Built in the 1870s by William & Florence McGervey on the southeast corner of Market and Detroit Streets. Owned by Patrick & Elizabeth (Trebein) Flynn, who added the turret in 1900, from 1896 to 1964.
Mr Flynn owned the Xenia Shoe Manufacturing company, and had the Shawnee Park pavilion built in memory of Elizabeth when she passed in 1924. He then married her sister, Bertha Trebein, PhD, in 1926.
Final owner Rena Davis rented out rooms during her residence, 1964-1975. GCHS acquired the building in 1977 and moved it to the current location to replace a building destroyed in the 1974 tornado.

Built in 1922 for dentist Alford P. Kester and his wife Geneva. Others who have lived here include Francis Orr and Willard Huit, who both worked for Hooven & Allison Cordage at different times; and T. Lyston Fults, Lt Col USAF. His wife Juanita (Rankin) Fultz was a pianist and organist who also taught music.

Built in 1863 by Samuel N. Patterson, carpenter and contractor, this home was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
Mr. Patterson was a contractor for the Xenia National Bank on the southeast corner of Main and Detroit St in 1868, among other structures. Other residents include dentist James & Stella McCormick, who resided there for over 40 years, and David & Donna Luttrell.
138 West Second St

Built circa 1875 for Edward C. Nesbitt, co-owner of Nesbitt Bros. Hardware. After he died in 1889, his wife Sallie (Drees) Nesbitt lived there until her own death in 1917. After that, the home was divided into apartments with a variety of residents.
This home is in the Waterstreet Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1980.

Built circa 1885 for John P. Martin, plumber and holder of US patent 187,877. Martin also served on the Ohio Board of Public Works and built the Xenia Waterworks. Other owners include Dr. Ira W. Baldwin and his wife Josephine, and their daughter Minnie (Baldwin) Thomas. It was also used as a group home for boys in the 1970s.
This home is in the Waterstreet Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historical Places since 1980.

Built in 1922 for John B. Allen, a banker who also served in the Ohio legislature. His wife, Sarah (Nunneker) Allen was the niece of Abraham Hilving, a wool merchant who built Eden Hall (next door, 235 E Second) in 1863. John and Sarah's daughter Mary married Coates Kinney, a local poet; his most famous poem was "Rain on the Roof."

Built circa 1875 for John T. Harbine, land agent and lawyer. Other residents include John H. William Miller of Miller & Finney attorneys, and his wife Maude. It has been the home of McColaugh Funeral Home since 1961; that business was formerly Nagley Funeral Home located on East Market St.
